EverySki (everyski.com) is operated by QuiltMap LLC ("we", "us"). This policy describes what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Account data. If you sign in, we use Google Sign-In and receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Usage data. We use analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand how the site is used — pages visited, approximate location (country/region), device type. IP addresses are not stored by us.

Payments. Paid subscriptions and listings are processed by Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only your Stripe customer reference and subscription status.

How we use it

To operate the site, remember your saved resorts and preferences, send alerts you asked for (e.g. powder alerts), process payments, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies

We use cookies for sign-in sessions and, with your consent where required, for analytics and advertising. You can manage consent via the cookie banner and your browser settings.

Advertising & affiliate links

Some pages show ads and some outbound links (lodging, lift tickets, gear) are affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you book or buy. This never changes the price you pay.

Data sharing

Service providers we rely on: Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), Google (sign-in, analytics), Stripe (payments), and email delivery providers for alerts you request. Each processes data under its own privacy terms.
